The Benchmark

This building plan was one created in house with inspiration from previous building plans. This new build was a "Benchmark" in our company. Flaunting a spacious living area and a large deck off the back of the house. 1525 Sq ft. with an unfinished basement to potentially double the square footage!

The Farmland

With this new build being similar floor plan to The Benchmark, we took the basement off and shortened up the square footage to 1500 sq ft. Built on a slab this house shows off a good size lot with a utility room for storage of the back of the house.

Buck Creek

This was a framing project for our company. It was given to us to complete by another builder in the area as a "spec" home.
